PassGen

PassGen helps you to find passwords that are difficult to guess. (Use PassMan to memorize them.)

PassGen is freeware under Windows 9x/ME, NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008/7/8.x/10. You may use it without limitations or restrictions. You may pass it on or distribute it freely as long as you do not make any modifications.

How to use PassGen

Generally passwords are meant to fullfil different requirements: some applications allow only capital letters, others need a minimum length, ...

PassGen allows you to choose the length of the password and the character set (capital letters, small letters, digits and a variety of special symbols. Make your choice and click on "Generate Password": The yellow field will display a password . This password is simultaneously copied to your clipboard. You can easily access it by pressing CTRL-V.
